Obverse: Laureate, cuirassed bust of George III right, epaulettes to armour GEORGIVS.III.D.G.M.BRI.FRA.ET.HIB.REX.F.D. = George III by the grace of God, King of Great Britain, France and Ireland, Defender of the Faith.
Reverse: Britannia, standing facing front, is holding crown above the King's head. King seated left upon a throne garnished with a lion facing front, holding an orb. CORON.XXII.SEPT.MDCCLXI. = Crowned 22 September 1761.
